That's right, school is almost done. This is my last week of school, really i'm spending this time getting ready for my open house. I'm drawing a lot of stuff for my open house that I will be posting when done.
The madness of moving out, having a part time job and finishing school is coming to a close though and right after it's all over I wll be posting way more often.

I've been pretty slow on posting or getting much done, very sorry about that. Being the last term of my last year in College I've got piles of work to do and my student film is eating up an awful ammount of my time.

Just leaving you all with notification that I will be taking a short break for the holidays. No worries i will be working on sketches and writting out ideas while i'm away.

On a side note, more Zelda fanart is on the way. I'm currently working on two seperate comic ideas, don't expect them too soon but I'm hoping to have them out of Pre-production very soon! In the mean time i have a few other Zelda things to post.

Now unfortunately I don't have any Sherlock art plans, I do expect to see the new movie this holiday break and give you all a journal with my thoughts on it so keep an eye out for that~ (hopefully i will get some good ideas for more Sherly art!)

Hey guys
Yes the Sherlock comic is over, I do think i'll get back to doing a bit of Sherlock stuff...however i'm not huge into Sherlock at the moment so i'm less inspired to do more workon it right away.
Stick around though because i'm sure the new movie will inspire me again, until then I'm gonna be posting some other things for Transformers and something new I got back into recently~

Prepare for a bunch of posts coming, school starts in sept so things might slow down but i doubt it, seeing how i need to draw and post to keep myself sane during the looong and stressful school year. It's my last year in college, wish me luck all~

Hello all
I'm sure you've noticed by now that i've just posted a new comic. Hopingyou all enjoy it and stick around for the rest of the chapter.

Just like to say I'm sorry it took so long, i was rather swamped with work at school and now that I'm off i finally have time to work on ink and colour. i do have some sketching done for the rest of the comic and I'm hoping to get something big done to post soon. it may take a bit though to bare with me.
I'd also like to say that i'm running low on steam to keep up with the comic lately, I just don't feel Sherlockian inspiration anymore...so to speak. Your support, comments, watches and favs are all very helpful in keeping me going though, I really enjoy knowing all of you love this project so much. Feel free to ask my questions on anything.

Ollo everyone,
  Seems DA informed me that today marks my first anniversary here on DA. Whoo! Give a shout or suggest a few ideas for comics or drawings in celebration!

In other news things came to a compleat hault for the last week seeing as vista was messing up my computer so bad i couldn't keep photoshop open without my whole computer restarting. So it's going to be a while before there's another strip up...or anything. Stay with me though i plan to sketch and plot all the comics out shortly so posting will hopefully be a little quicker with that out of the way for the remainder.

Though i know you all wait for baited breath for my next post i'm always amazed at how patient you all are.

I'll be away for a bit this holiday season, I will return in about a week so never fear the comic will continue.

I hope you all enjoyed my Holiday posts and there will be a addition to the gallery of Sherlock....80's space robots!....couldn't be more unrelaited i know. I'm also thinking of redrawing some of those old Ironman comics i have burried in my scraps.

I find myself intensely inspired this weekend. After a horridly stressful and depressingly work heavy week I was oh so pleasantly rewarded, Greeted with one of the best movies of the year!
Yes Megamind is fantastic. A ride of pure joy and fun from start to end with lovable characters, beautiful visuals, fluid animation and a story that kept me guessing all the way through.

I've seen the movie twice now, once in 3D and once without. The 3D is fun, but not absolutely needed to enjoy the movie. There are a few candid 3D shots but they are subtle and look gorgeous even without the full effect. Anyways after my first viewing I thought the whole way home if there was any part of the movie I would've removed…I could not think of anything. My second viewing was just as fun as the first I picked up on a few more jokes I missed the first time and some of the questions I thought up during the viewing where immediately cleared upon my second viewing.

Now I don't want to give too much away,(if you haven't seen it and want to…go watch it then read this) though I think the movie is still excellent even if you know what's going to happen. Now when I saw it I had no idea what it was about, I had seen one small preview for it that told me little to nothing of it, taking a card from the advertisement scheme of the Increadibles. Like the Increadibles this is a super hero comic movie, but I would even go so far to say it's better than Increadibles for one reason, the villain is such a well rounded character….and I'm a sucker for a good villain.
The movie is filled with nods to classic comic movies, making satires and homage's to Superman, WonderWoman and even old school Sci-fi movies. (I admit I can't pick up on all the super hero references) Though the references and subtle and mostly imbedded in the story rather then throw away jokes. No the comedy comes from pure clever writing of the dialog.

Did I mention the music? It's perfect. None of the modern poppy schlock or dime a dozen awkward (c)Rap songs. No they picked just the right sound with classic rock and pop. Seriously how can you go wrong with Guns and roses, ACDC and Michael Jackson…which I admit I'm not a huge fan of any of these artists but the songs they pick are just so well placed and the visuals with the music just make you want to get up and dance in the theatre.
The orchestrated music to accompany the songs is done my none other than Hanz Zimmer, who also did music for another awesome animated movie this year, Despicable me, which was done by a new production company Illumination Entertainment. Hanz Zimmer isn't the only thing these two movies have in common, I would say that these two movies almost feel like they are companion pieces, what with being villain gone good stories filled with genuine heart and truly wibble worthy moments…and both are brilliantly done and completely unique from each other.

And now a note to Dreamworks animation.
Dear Dreamworks,
  We've had our ups and downs in the past 16 years. The beginnings were sweet…a more innocent time. Prince of Egypt…Road to El Dorado…Chicken Run, but that innocence didn't last forever and you were soiled with awful rip offs and making your money from sequels…Shark Tale, Madagascar…Bee movie. But I saw what I loved about you come back for a shining moment in Kung Fu Panda, a ray of hope…that was quickly squandered by your reoccurring bad habits. Monsters Vs. Aliens…the worst of you non-existent movies, made with no soul to produce cash for you bad money addiction. I lost hope, thinking you were dead but then, you came back like a phoenix from the ashes and gave us a fantastic one two of How to train you dragon and a finishing move of Megamind! Megamind is your crowning achievement. Don't despair Dreamworks animation, I'm still here for you. You can produce good work and be that rising star over Disney ( I know Disney and I still have that off and on again fling but hear me out) Yes you can…just get your head out of you A**!

So I'm back from my epic week long camping trip. I'm so tired and wonderfully grimey and sore now XD

Anways it's back to work for me. I'm currently working on the 3rd comic for chapter two and something to contribute to the Fight the spill club. I don't have cable at home so while camping my friend's grandmother's tv distracted all of us non tv watchers XD The news gave me an idea.

Alright so i'm a little late on this update.
  So the comic...right. So i haven't actually drawn up the next chapter yet. I'm working on the next cover pic which will be posted by the end of the week. I wish i could start the comic sooner but i like to get all the sketching done before hand so i only have to spend the week inking and colouring. There's the vlog Spoony posted recently about an episode of Deadliest Warrior. Near the end he starts talking about his own idea to make a fictional character version of the show and one of his suggestions is Sherlock Holmes Vs the Terminator.
I want to know who you think would win (obviously you'll say Sherlock if you're watching me XD) and why! How would Sherlock kick James Cameron's future robot's arse!
If you're wondering what i think i will post it at the bottom but if you have your own idea forming already then post your idea in a comment then read mine so i don't influence you!



Alright so i'm convinced that Holmes would not only be able to defeat one terminator from the future out to kill someone but ALL of the Skynet robots. How you ask? LOGIC. He could out logic any computer by simply not usuing logic at all. Holmes is human there fore he'd figire that his logical tatics aren't effective and use anti logic, and we all know how anti logic works on robots. *uses anti logic and robot's head explodes* thank you Futurama >3
Also Holmes on the epic scale is right up there with Obama...in that he can punch a robot inthe face and win the battle imeadiately, always. (check the link over here to getthe joke) [link]

I thought it was about time i showed you all my drawing process, or at least the beginings of them. I decided to start posting sketches from my sketch book.
